Shipping and Returns
Placement of orders
Orders received by 3pm Monday to Thursday will be packed and dispatched from our roasting house by the end of business the following day (except Public Holidays in QLD).
Black Sheep Coffee sends all of our deliveries with either Australia Post or Fastway Couriers depending on your location. Whilst we will do our best to ensure our team have your order packed and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order, we will not be held responsible for late deliveries outside of our control and warehouse.
Australian Deliveries Times
- QLD up to 2 days
- QLD (Brisbane Metro) next day up to 2 days NSW up to 2 days
- VIC up to 2 days
- TAS up to 3 days
- SA up to 3 days
- WA up to 3 days
- NT up to 3 days
Black Sheep Coffee does not accept any responsibility for any loss of, damage to, late delivery or non-delivery of product(s) once they have been dispatched.
We all make mistakes sometimes, if something is missing from your order or you have not received your order within the time frame specified, please contact us via our contact us page. Please allow for an extra 3 days on deliveries in busy periods.
Orders must be paid for in full before they are dispatched. Payments must be made through our secure payment gateway Stripe. You will receive an order confirmation if the payment is successful. Please contact us via our “contact us” page if an error has occurred with payment or you do not receive an order confirmation.
Returns, Repairs and Warranties
Please be aware that Black Sheep Coffee does not accept returns on roasted or ground coffee. All other returns are by approval only from Black Sheep Coffee and must be within 14 days of the purchase date. The item(s) must be unused and the packaging in tact. For return approval, please contact us via our contact us page.
Most items available on the Black Sheep Coffee online store come with a manufacturers warranty. If you are unlucky enough to receive a faulty product, please contact us immediately and no later than 14 days of receiving the product so we organise to have the item repaired or replaced with the manufacturer.
