Process: Honey

A delicious interesting coffee, a with a crisp pink lady acidity, heavy silky body leading to spiced apple and cinnamon notes, moving to a dark chocolate and honeycomb finish.  Like most of our coffee this single origin can be enjoyed using all brew methods. We are enjoying the floral tea rose aromas on filter brews, a rich syrupy body as espresso, and milk coffees are chocolatey with a sweet finish.
