As the story goes…. In the sometime around 850 AD Ethiopian Goat-herder ‘Kaldi’ first discovered coffee when he noticed his goats becoming a little hyper after consuming cherries falling from the trees growing in the field, these trees producing cherries, contain seeds, being as we know and roast around the world today as coffee. So here at Black Sheep this month, we give a nod, to the birth place of coffee, and Kaldi and his goats, with our Ethiopian Blend, containing a 50/50 mix of two delightful Ethiopian Coffees, producing a cup that is floral and fruity, with berry sweetness and delicate lime acidity
