The small beautiful country of Honduras consists of diverse landscapes with good annual rainfall, high altitudes and humid climate, making it one of the largest and successful speciality coffee growing regions of the world. A wide range of varietals are farmed, and coffee production, although mostly washed are varied though-out the Country. Honduras coffees are farmed over 6 main regions, including Copàn on the West which boarders Guatemala, Oplaca to the East, South-Western Montecillos   sharing the Salvadoran boarder, Comayagua in the centre, El Paraiso in the south of Honduras, bordering Nicaragua, and lastly, Agalta, located in the southeast of Honduras, with more tropical climate. Each of these regions produce coffees with different characteristics, this coffee is from Orlando Perez is farmed in Lempira, within the Copàn region, known for its complex, vibrant acidic characteristics.

And it is the product of great farming labour from Orlando Perez and his Honduran family.
