Farmed by Ronny Asencio, this Guatemalan coffee is grown in the Sierra de Las Minas Mountain range in Guatemala’s Eastern highlands. With excellent rainfall, and high elevations this is an idyllic location for coffee. Ronny has spent three decades farming coffee, a trade learnt from his father when he was a young boy. He is educated in agriculture and shares family ties with the legendary coffee farming Zelaya family (produces our Guatemalan filter,  San Agustin). All coffee produced on this farm is hand-picked,                        and processed on their own wet-mill. Our suppliers have told us Ronny is excited about this years crop, believing it is one of  his best yet.
