Our Ethiopian Yirgacheffe is farmed in the village Banko Gotiti, and processed though the washing station of the same name. Coffees from Banko Gotiti are hand-picked by around 300 local farming members. The coffee is processed using traditional Ethiopian methods, and laid on sun-beds to dry whilst being meticulously cared-for as they dry. The Banko Gotiti is a mild balanced coffee, clean and smooth, working well on both black and milk based espresso.
